This site serves the purpose of sharing the most intricate aspects of spirituality and living a fulfilled life as a Muslim. As we all know Islam is not just a religion, it is a way of life. Meaning in order to be a Muslim your life choices and your way of living revolves around the Commandments of the Creator of the universe. What is more fulfilling than knowing that you are living in accordance to the way that Allah (the most High) loves? To love what he loves, and to stay away from what He hates takes immense prioritization and self discipline. This blog will serve as a way to reconnect with our inner selves and beautify our inner souls, in a world where it can be easily forgotten and tarnished. The only way we can do that is if we learn about the guide sent by the One who Created our soul. : )
It is because of the world and times that we live in, that I feel compelled to relate to you the beauty of Islam through a Muslims eyes, the knowledge and wisdom that the Quran offers, the structure of Islam and what it means to be a Muslimah. Knowledge pertaining to how to balance school, work, the life of this world, along with our obligations for the next life; and daily deeds that we can do to become more connected to our Higher Consciousness; and more importantly our Creator – will also be covered through daily posts and articles.
I relate to you only the most basic and intricate aspects of Islam; everything that I say on this blog about Islam, is straight from the Quran and the Sunnah. I try my very best to base many of the things that I say on interpretations, translations and commentaries of past Mufasireen if needed. After all, the Quran is the most important source of knowledge we have. Furthermore, if a question arises I refer to the classical and traditional scholars of the past alongside contemporary scholars of today.
Many of the articles I write are for myself first, and second (in sha Allah) for my brothers and sisters to benefit from : ) If you see any error or mistake in anything that I say; please email me or use the contact form on this site and I will go back and look into it.
This site is not the main ideal source to go to. If you want to know Allah, the One who created you… read the Quran.
If you happen to have any questions that I can answer, my contact form is on the upper right corner. If I find that I can answer your question- Alhamdulilah. If not, I will try my best to direct you to other sites (or perhaps books?) that you will be able to find your answers in.
In the mean time, I ask that Allah forgive me for my mistakes.. all shortcomings are from me and all perfection belongs to Allah, the Lord of the Universe.
